DEAR COLLEAGUES:
Greetings! As we all know, the Annual Midyear Convention set to be held at the Bohol Tropics Hotel on the 23rd to 25th of April this year is fast approaching.
The organizing committee and the different pharmaceutical companies have been working very hard to come up with an informative, and at the same time enjoyable, midyear convention. We have foreseen the problems with the relatively small venue for the convention and have taken measures to ensure that, with early planning and reservation, most of the participants will be comfortably settled in the different hotels and resorts in Tagbilaran and Panglao.
It has come to our attention that some difficulty has been encountered with the placement of participants who are bringing along their families and guests. We are happy to know that you are planning to bring important people in your lives to enjoy the summer in Bohol along with all of us. Please know that the different hotels and resorts of Bohol have their own policies about the costs for any additional guests to be accomodated in their rooms. In as much as we would like to control these costs, the organizing committee and the pharmaceutical companies have chosen to respect these hotels’ policies.
It is our hope that everybody will understand, and that in the end, a good time will be had by all.
